About this role For genuine occupational requirements we require female support workers for this client. 12 hour days & waking night shifts available. What you'll be doing: We are expanding our client base and have a new client in Harwich.This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has a spinal cord injury and respiratory issues, in her family home and out in the community.Our client lives at home with her family and two dogs. She loves a joke/having a laugh, loves animals, makeup and beauty, games and musical theatre. Shifts: Days and Nights available Days: 8am-8pm Waking Nights: 8pm-8am Part time (24 hours) or Full time (36-48 hours) availableIn this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
