Qualified Social Worker, Transitions Team, Manchester City Council Pay rate to £30 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Transitions Team in Manchester City Council. MCC are in need of a social worker for the Transitions team - Must be social work qualified and registered with social work england.
