Locum Children's Social Worker - Safeguarding & SupportAre you an experienced and passionate Children's Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Blackburn with Darwen Children's Services, recently rated 'Good' in their full ILACS Ofsted inspection, are seeking a skilled Agency Social Worker to join their Safeguarding and Support team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex safeguarding, child protection and court work cases working collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Safeguarding, Child Protection and Court Work
• SWE registered
• Car driver with access to a vehicle
• Experience with Protocol Liquid Logic is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Working Arrangements:

• Flexible hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based
• Supportive team environment and access to resources
• Competitive hourly rate of £39.00 umbrella
