Children's Social Work Team Manager, Youth Justice Team, Luton Pay rate to £45 per hour Contract roles - Youth Partnership Service / YJS / YOS Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Children's Social Work Team Manager in Luton This to work in a Youth Justice Team

• Effectively manage the day to day operations and delivery services in Luton to achieve best outcomes for children, young people, families and victims and protect the public from serious harm.

• Prioritisation, allocation and monitoring of workloads to ensure statutory and court requirements are met and children and young people, including those who pose a high risk of harm to themselves and/or the public, are appropriately managed.

• Effectively manage risk and safeguarding within organisational delivery of the service in line with statutory requirements and local procedures to ensure staff, children and young people, victims and members of the public are kept safe.
