Following investment into their service, my client is seeking a Children's Social Care, Liquid Logic systems specialist to provide a review of it's current functionality before supporting with the Design and Configuration in line with system upgrades. This role will be essential in their improvement agenda to drive system accuracy in case management, support with data preparation (Annex A etc) and support practice for social work teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation that will improve outcomes for children and families.
About your role as Children's Services Liquid Logic Design & Implementation specialist: Key Responsibilities- Cleanse and rebuild the existing Liquidlogic system following an upgrade
- Design and configure the case management system to meet service needs
- Work closely with IT Services and social care teams to ensure seamless integration
- Roll out and implement the new infrastructure for the case management system
- Train and support staff throughout the implementation process
- Ensure data integrity and smooth migration during the upgrade
- Clear expertise within Liquid Logic within Children's Services
- Knowledge of review, implementation and experience training staff through changes
- Technical acumen and knowledge to translate Business Processes from social care leaders to support within IT & Digital services
- Available references for most recent 2 year's roles and Enhanced DBS will be required
