We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed strategic Project Officer to support Children's Services on their journey of transformation and service improvement. This team is responsible for driving income generation and cost savings and is pivotal in the realization of service outcomes.

The Project Officer will work within the Children's Services Strategic Operations Hub, committed to delivering a key council Programme within the transformation portfolio that supports effective and sustainable change. The post is responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of the Children's transformation and improvement programme plan, celebrating successful outcomes and swiftly reacting to concerns that may risk the achievement of the programme.

You will be a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and systemically minded individual who wants to be part of creating excellence and thrives in a stimulating, high-pressured, strongly supported environment. You will support the management teams with the oversight responsibility of quality transformation and improvement projects to deliver key benefits.
