Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusting relationships with families to support change.
- Assessing family needs and developing tailored support plans.
- Delivering targeted interventions, both individually and in group settings.
- Working closely with partner agencies (Health, Education, Police, Housing, etc.).
- Attending and leading multi-agency meetings, contributing to court reports where needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
About You We're looking for someone with:
- A recognised qualification at NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in childcare or related subject-or relevant experience in the criminal justice or family support field.
- Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and family support interventions such as Triple P or Strengthening Families.
- Experience delivering family support and group work with hard-to-reach families.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
- Confidence in working both independently and as part of a multi-agency team.
