Job Description
Applications are invited from experienced Childcare Panel Solicitors to join our Clients team of specialist Childcare Solicitors in London. - Representing children, Children's Guardians, parents and local authorities in complex public law child protection cases and private family law matters.
- Acting for parents and children involved with social services both pre proceedings and during proceedings. Our team assists with all matters, including
- applications for emergency protection orders, care orders, supervision orders, secure accommodation orders, special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans),
- Adoption and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.
- Salary £60,000 - £70,000
- 28 days of annual leave
