We are currently recruiting for an experience Childcare Lawyer with 1+years PQE to join our client's multi-accredited practice based in close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.
Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:- Care proceedings
- Adoption
- Legal Aid applications
- Applications for secure accommodation
- Public law outline matters (PLO)
- Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
- Attending court to conduct advocacy
- Revoking placement orders
- Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years + PQE
- Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
- Shows a strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- IT Proficient
- Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer £50,790 - £58,168.75 DOE
- 22% pension
