Child Health Support Worker - Complex Needs Home Care

Active Assistance in Flint is seeking dedicated care staff to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home. You will help him after hospital discharge, with initial shifts in Rhyl when required, and you will join a committed team delivering essential daily care.

The role offers days and nights, flexible hours on a zero-hours contract, and ongoing training and support from a Care Manager.
