I am currently partnering with a leading Crypto organisation, on a mission to make crypto secure, simple, and accessible across Europe - as a result they are hiring for a CTO to lead the tech strategy, grow high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our platform as they expand globally.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end tech strategy with a focus on brokerage operations, platform performance, and compliance (such as DORA).
• Lead and mentor development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Oversee architecture, infrastructure, and security of a regulated crypto platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align tech with business strategy.
• Stay on top of crypto innovation and implement emerging technologies where valuable.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and technical partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in senior tech leadership roles.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data security, and platform scaling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for crypto and innovation in financial technology.
