As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, NLA is seeking a strategic and inspirational Chief Revenue Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team as we launch an ambitious 5-year growth plan to which the CRO will be a key contributor, helping us achieve our considerable ambitions.
We are London's leading membership body for the built environment-connecting 30,000+ professionals that are shaping cities worldwide. As our first ever CRO, you'll own all revenue generating activity across membership, sponsorship, events and new product lines, playing a pivotal role in achieving our long-term vision.
You'll architect and lead a scalable commercial engine, building a high-performing sales, marketing and client relationship function that will help drive significant growth in our membership both in the UK and increasingly internationally too. Your mission? Deliver predictable, sustainable growth in revenues and as part of the executive team, elevating member value and experience.
This is your opportunity to:
Build and lead a purpose-driven commercial transformation
With the help of a newly appointed RevOps Manager, drive a data lead, sustainable growth engine aligned to our 5 year plan
Monetise new offerings like 'Skills for Places', the Built World Summit and a growing appetite for international delegations
Help in shaping the value proposition for "London's Built Environment Community"
We're looking for a proven commercial leader preferably with adjacent experience from a membership, SaaS or events background. You'll bring a track record of building teams, optimising revenue pipelines and delivering results. You'll value being part of an energetic, purpose lead business with big ambitions and plenty of untapped opportunity.
