Job Description
Antler is looking for a Chief of Staff to support their UK Partners. This role is central to the firm's operations, helping to streamline communication and decision-making. You'll work closely with the Partners and various teams to enhance efficiency and improve the founder experience. It's a dynamic position where no two days are the same, and you'll have a real impact on how the firm operates.
What You'll Do- Own the UK team's weekly operations and meetings.
- Help the Partners prioritize tasks and track performance goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Support fundraising efforts and manage external relationships.
- Enhance the founder experience and improve internal processes.
- Strong analytical skills to work with data.
- Experience building systems in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in strategy, consulting, or generalist roles.
- High-exposure role at a fast-scaling VC firm.
