Location: Paris (in-office)

Compensation: €100,000 base + bonus

The business operates globally and offers curated lifestyle and leisure products, with strong brand recognition and ambitious growth plans-including innovation through AI and new venture creation.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you'll act as the CEO's strategic partner. You'll lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, manage governance and board processes, and ensure clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders-particularly shareholders and investors.

This is a pivotal role for someone with a background in strategy consulting or corporate development, who wants to be close to decision-making, innovation, and business building at the highest level.

  • Coordinate executive committee meetings and drive action tracking across teams
  • Monitor business KPIs and ensure follow-up on critical decisions

Strategic Growth & Ventures

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, including digital and AI-driven innovation
  • Work with founder-led teams to incubate and scale new business ventures
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on growth opportunities and operational effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years in strategy consulting (MBB), corporate development, or a senior operational role.
  • Ideally this wont be your first step out of consulting.
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Comfort engaging with senior leaders and shareholders
  • High levels of autonomy, discretion, and adaptability
  • Excited by fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

Why This Role

  • High visibility and access to C-suite and board-level discussions
  • Hands-on involvement in innovation and new business launches
  • Fast-paced, international scale-up with real momentum
  • Opportunity to shape business priorities at a strategic level
