Chief of Staff - Jamble

You'll be joining Jamble, an innovative fashion, beauty, and accessories marketplace powered by Live Streaming & Auctions. After being accelerated at Y Combinator and receiving backing from Voodoo, we're revolutionizing the resale experience by focusing on community, fashion, and live interactions. With thousands of daily active users in the U.S. market, we're on an exciting growth trajectory. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your initiatives can have immediate impact.

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with our COO in driving operational excellence and scaling Jamble's business operations. In this role, you'll be the strategic right-hand to the COO, helping to execute key initiatives and ensure operational efficiency across the organization.

• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with Jamble's leadership to streamline executive routines, ensuring that cross-departmental initiatives align with strategic objectives. Challenge and formalize strategies to ensure their effective execution ;

• Supply-Side Strategy & Leadership: Engage with the supply side of the marketplace, ensuring that our key sellers and resellers have an unparalleled experience. Take ownership of the seller's journey, from acquisition to significant sales milestones. Lead and mentor the supply team, ensuring that the supply strategy cascades effectively to category managers and other pivotal roles ;

• Communication and Collaboration: Enhance the efficiency of our leadership by refining processes, ensuring clear communication, and cascading initiatives at all levels. Oversee strategic meetings and ensure that teams implement key initiatives and decisions effectively ;

• Operational Excellence: Accompany the COO in managing and ensuring the excellence of our app operations. Monitor business KPIs and oversee the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery ;

• Administrative & Financial Management: Assist with crucial administrative tasks, including securing public grants, aiding in fundraising efforts, etc. ;

• Growth and Scaling: Assist in structuring and scaling the company to meet future demands, identifying potential areas of expansion, and ensuring that Jamble remains at the forefront of the sustainable fashion community.

• At least 2 years of experience at a renowned consulting firm, in Finance (M&A, Private Equity, VC) or leadership position at a startup

• A degree from a top-tier university or Business School in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL and BigQuery

• Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution

• Profound systemic thinking and a keen business sense

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

• Knowledge of US and French regulatory frameworks and employment laws is a plus

• Fluent in French, full-proficiency in English
