Chief of Operational Insight & Analytics

VIVO Defence Services is recruiting for a Head of Operational Insight to lead the enterprise-wide capability that measures, reports and improves operational performance across Defence contracts in the UK. You will shape the analytics strategy, drive evidence-based decision making and embed an insights-led culture across senior leadership and operations teams.

The role sits in a hybrid setup with regular UK travel, reporting to the Operational Excellence Director.
