Chief Legal Officer - Global M&A, Compliance & Governance

Prytek in London is seeking a Chief Legal Officer / Legal Counsel to lead the Group's legal function across M&A, investments and corporate structuring, with governance, compliance and risk oversight for a diversified international portfolio.

You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, manage external counsel, support fundraising, and ensure regulatory compliance including GDPR and AML where applicable; fluent English required, Hebrew a plus, hybrid work with remote flexibility.
