Chief Legal & Compliance Leader

CFGI is seeking a Head of Legal to oversee commercial contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc matters across the company in the UK and internationally.

You will draft, review, and negotiate key agreements, develop templates and playbooks, manage contract approvals with external counsel, and create risk-based compliance policies while partnering with senior leaders to protect CFGI's interests.
