Chief Financial Officer

Location: Hybrid from our Glasgow HQ (Hillington)

We're looking for a CFO to own the next stage of Go Swag's growth, reporting directly to the CEO and providing the Board with total clarity on the numbers. As we scale rapidly across multiple territories, we have an exciting opportunity for the Finance function to become a core driver of business efficiency and a genuine force shaping our strategic direction.

This role is built for someone who thrives in the early-to-mid stages of a company's journey. You'll inherit a strong finance team already in place, and the foundations to build on. The right person will be ready to professionalise our fiscal environment further, own financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, and give the CEO and Board total clarity on the numbers, always.

We're hiring a leader who brings a proven playbook, but applies it pragmatically - rigour without stifling the agility that's got us here. Go Swag moves fast and experiments constantly; this role calls for someone just as comfortable stress-testing a bold new idea as they are closing the books on time. This is a high-autonomy role with direct access to our Founders, and a genuine seat at the table.
