Chef Manager: Lead Kitchen, Menu Innovation & Budget

BM Caterers in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to run a busy contract site, lead the kitchen team, liaise with the client, and ensure high standards of food and service.

You will recruit, train and motivate staff, manage budgets, deliver weekly reports and stock counts, forecast GP, and uphold food safety, hygiene and COSHH compliance while driving seasonal, nutritious menus.
