Position: Chef Manager - Contract Type: Permanent - Salary: £29,274.73 - Location: Springwood, Telford TF11 8GT

What will you be doing?

• Preparing quality food
• Managing kitchen operations
• Tracking inventory
• Ordering supplies
• Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
• Training new kitchen employees on standards and regulations
• Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
• Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained

About you

• Ability to create great food that is well presented, full of flavour, balanced and nutritional
• Experience ordering supplies and carrying out stock takes
• Embrace processes and procedures while adding a good measure of creativity
• Open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
