Job Description
Are you an experienced Chef Manager looking to make a real impact in education catering?
Aramark UK is seeking a passionate and operationally strong Chef Manager to lead catering services at Angel 6th Form Centre, a busy education site serving students, staff, and visitors across two sites from one central kitchen.
This is a key leadership role within our Education & Healthcare division where you will be accountable for food quality, team leadership, financial performance, and compliance - delivering a consistently high quality and engaging food experience.
This is a permanent, full time position, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work to support college events.

- Create seasonal, inclusive menus meeting dietary, allergen, vegetarian, and vegan requirements
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Lead, motivate, and manage the catering team, including recruitment, rotas, training, and performance
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement and morale
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, health & safety legislation, and record keeping
- Manage budgets, stock, suppliers, waste, and costs to meet financial targets
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and lead catering for events, hospitality, and college functions
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Catering Manager
- Background in education, contract catering, or large scale catering environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety legislation and allergen management
- Excellent organisational, operational, and budgeting skills
