Chef Lecturer

Loughborough Immediate Start Part-time (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Duration: 2-4 weeks (potential to extend)

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef Lecturer to provide short-term cover within a busy and well-established education setting.This is a hands-on teaching role where you'll be delivering practical and theory-based sessions to Level 2 and Level 3 learners, with a focus on larder and patisserie skills.

• Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons to Level 2 & 3 students
• Teach advanced culinary techniques in larder and patisserie
• Plan and oversee kitchen service, including fine dining standards
• Run professional kitchen operations serving 50-60 guests
• Support learners to develop industry-ready skills
• Ensure compliance with food safety and education standards

• Level 3 (or above) Culinary Qualification
• Recognised Teaching Qualification
• Experience working in a 4-star (or above) hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of City & Guilds Food qualifications
• Confident running a busy kitchen service (à la carte & banqueting)
• Passionate about teaching and developing future chefs
