An Exhilarating Opportunity- Prepare the daily mis-en-place, cook, and serve all recipe dishes from section according to brand standards
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
- Minimize wastage through correct preparation levels, stock control and portioning
- Clearly communicate any issues impacting their section / food quality
- Report any defect in equipment immediately to the chef in charge
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment
- Work with colleagues to ensure the day-to-day operation is smooth
- Attend training sessions whether internal or external when required
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with colleagues and guests
- Control food stock of designed section
- Report any problem or complaint related to colleagues or guest to the chef in-charge
- Coordinate daily tasks with Kitchen-in-charge
- Carries out any reasonable instruction / duties as directed
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Supervise the Commis and Demis working in the section assigned
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
- Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in the setup of buffets and special functions
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Chef

- Demonstrates great dedication, has high energy, and contributes with enthusiasm

- Previous relevant serving experience in Hot and/or Cold kitchen
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
