Chef de Partie: Luxury Hotel Kitchen Specialist

Nirvana Spa & Leisure Limited's West Court Retreat, opening April 2025, is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen section, ensuring dishes meet the highest standards in line with the hotel menu, quality and hygiene requirements. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting meals to the highest standard, monitoring stock, guiding junior staff and helping plan menus with the Sous Chef.
