Location: Lanty Slee's Smokehouse, Ambleside, LA22 9AD
Contract: Full-Time 5 Days a Week 42 Hours Permanent

Lanty Slee's Ambleside is a New opening that serves locally sourced Langdale meat, all cooked on open flames and Amazing cocktails using our own Lanty Slee Liquor.
We're on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join our passionate, experienced kitchen team.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a buzzing kitchen environment where no two days are the same. Your role will include:
Supporting our head Chef Ashley Monkman (Ex Forest Side/Heft) with prep and plating during service
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe
Learning new skills and progressing in your culinary journey
Working as part of a friendly, talented team who will train and guide you
This is an ideal role for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow into a professional kitchen career.
