We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in the heart of Glencoe. As Chef de Partie you will take full ownership of your section, producing quality Scottish dishes using the finest local produce in a venue known for its stunning mountain setting and warm Highland hospitality.
The Chef de Partie will work as part of a close knit kitchen team, maintaining the high standards expected across a busy hotel and restaurant operation. As Chef de Partie you will be organised, consistent and eager to develop your skills within a unique Highland environment. The ideal Chef de Partie will bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, thriving in a remote but truly rewarding setting.
