The Brigata is growing as we launch our new restaurant in the heart of Bath, and we are looking for very talented chefs ready for a big challenge: The Best Guest Experience Ever!

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a BIG Kitchen team!
• You will be responsible for producing our classic Italian dishes for the masses, all made from scratch and created with passion and precision!
• You will contribute to the smooth running of the section
• You will assist with training your new team members
• You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen

Required Skills

• Boundless passion for pasta, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine or similar is preferred
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
