An exciting Chef de Partie role is available to join a stable company that has an excellent reputation. As Chef de Partie you will be working with a brigade of enthusiastic and talented chefs so this is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience. This luxury multi outlet hotel is busy all year round but especially during the holiday periods offering a variety of different outlets and menus. In this position Chef de Partie you will primarily be working in the restaurant that offers an a la carte menu consisting of refined great British Classics where all dishes are made using fresh locally sourced seasonal produce, but will also be expected to work in other restaurants as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef looking to work in a multi outlet busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
ResponsibilitiesWork within a brigade of chefs in a luxury multi outlet hotel, primarily in the restaurant offering an a la carte menu of refined Great British Classics using fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce. Be prepared to work in other restaurants as required to support busy periods and outlets. Seek opportunities to learn, gain experience and progress within a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
RequirementsThe Exec Head Chef is seeking passionate chefs who want a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced, quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high-volume fresh food kitchens is essential, along with very strong organisational skills.
