Job Description
Job Overview 
Chef de Partie - Members Club - South West London. Salary: £32,760 + Tronc around £1.50 £1.60 per hour.
Benefits- £32,760 starting salary for a 40 hour contract
- Tronc - approx. £1.50 £1.60 per hour paid monthly

- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis within a 5/7 roster with 8 hour straight shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
- Lead and supervise junior chefs, maintaining high standards during a busy operation that includes functions and events.
- Run different sections of the kitchen under the support of the Head Chef.
- Experience in high end restaurants, 5 star hotels or other high end members clubs.
- Experience operating in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
