This role suits a skilled Chef who enjoys high-volume service while working within a well-organised and supportive kitchen team.

Key responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining standards in a fast-paced kitchen, including:

• Managing and running your designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to required quality standards
• Organising mise en place to support smooth service
• Supervising and training junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for We're looking for a reliable and organised professional with:

• Strong cooking skills at Chef De Partie level or equivalent
• Consistency and attention to detail in presentation and quality
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
