Chef - Menu Innovator & Kitchen Leader

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a Chef for Defence services in Portsmouth on a full-time contract up to 35 hours per week. You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and support with new concepts while maintaining hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, has team supervision experience, a Food Hygiene certificate, and a flexible approach to working in a high-volume environment.
