Cheese R&D Scientist - Hybrid, Recipe Innovator

Saputo is offering an R&D Scientist role at our Nuneaton site with the option to work from home one day per week, subject to business needs. You will lead cheese recipe development from concept through pilot and factory trials to launch.

You will apply scientific expertise to balance sensory performance, yield and manufacturability, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role provides a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities for progression.
