Cheese Production Shift Manager (Fixed Term)

Carbery is hiring a Production Shift Manager (Cheese) on a fixed term contract at our Ballineen, Cork site. You will lead the operator team, ensure safe, reliable and efficient production, and meet the daily cheese output plan while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong people leadership, adherence to GMP and Health & Safety, and proactive cross-functional collaboration. You will develop shift schedules, coach staff, monitor performance, investigate issues, and report handovers.
