CHATBOT SPECIALISTS (Copilot Studio) SENIOR & JUNIOR - UN CLIENT OPPORTUNITY - REMOTE

For our UN client, we are looking for:
1 Senior Chatbot Specialist
1 Junior Chatbot Specialist

100% remote, supporting a UN agency in Rome
Start: Mid-November 2026 at the earliest, to be agreed
Initially 3 months, extensions possible
Full-time

BACKGROUND
Build a Microsoft Copilot Studio solution helping Service Managers create, review and maintain service documentation using approved SharePoint sources, templates and policies.

TASKS
Configure guided questions, prompts, topics, actions and flows
Map SharePoint sources, templates and metadata
Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Dataverse
Generate drafts and flag missing, inconsistent or outdated information
Respect source permissions and human validation
Test grounding, quality, access, fallback and regression behaviour
Support pilot users, UAT, defect resolution and handover

The SENIOR leads discovery, architecture and quality evaluation, guides the junior and coordinates with DevOps.
The JUNIOR configures components, tests and retests defects, and supports documentation.

SENIOR PROFILE
At least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience
Substantial enterprise-agent delivery experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
Enterprise Microsoft 365 experience
SharePoint permissions, metadata and versioning
Power Automate, Dataverse and integrations
Entra ID, delegated access and least privilege
Solution packaging and environment configuration
AB-620 and PL-400 certifications are advantageous for the Senior.

JUNIOR PROFILE
Around 3 years of relevant experience recommended; comparable practical experience considered
Low-code or conversational-agent experience
Copilot Studio exposure strongly preferred
Agile delivery and backlog management
User journeys, test cases and defect tracking
Source-quality and permission checks

BOTH PROFILES
Relevant university degree or equivalent
Excellent English

International competition applies. A competitive daily rate is important.
