As a Chartered Senior Town Planner, you'll manage and deliver planning projects from pre-application stage through to decision and appeal. You'll also:
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients
- Prepare and submit complex planning applications and appeals
- Represent clients in meetings with stakeholders and local authorities
- Mentor junior team membersPlay an active role in business development and client relationships
We're looking for a Chartered Planning professional who can demonstrate:
- MRTPI status
- A relevant degree in town planning or related field
- Relevant experience in UK planning (consultancy or local authority)
- Strong working knowledge of planning policy and application processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
