We are have an opening for a motivated, dynamic physiotherapist to join our team. Hours are negotiable and we welcome applications for both part time or full time hours.
Situated in the center of Cork City we are an established practice with a particular expertise in both musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy. The Clinic has a fully equipped Pilates Studio on site. We have an additional studio and rehab gym at a second site in Blackrock. We run both mat and equipment-based Pilates classes.
We offer a wide variety of education, hands on treatment and rehabilitation. Our caseload ranges from the general population to Olympic level athletes from a number of sports. We regularly provide event/match cover to local Sports Clubs and have an extensive Clinical Pilates program including mat, online and equipment-based classes.
We actively mentor and encourage professional development through in house training/mentoring and running courses in the clinic. We will support your development within your area of special interest.
Applicants should have excellent manual therapy and rehabilitation skills, experience in sports event cover and in the instruction of Pilates Classes for a rehabilitation population. Experience using Pilates equipment (Reformers etc) would be an advantage but training can also be provided.
Additional qualifications in acupuncture andpostgraduate training in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy is desirable.
CORU Registration Is Essential.
Education Level BSc/Pre Registration MSc In Physiotherapy. Post Graduate Training In The Field Of Sport And Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Desirable.
