We're now looking for a Chartered Financial Planner to join our expanding advice team - someone who's not just technically excellent, but who brings genuine client focus, a passion for quality advice, and a values-led mindset.

What you'll do:

• Deliver fully independent, holistic financial planning to a diverse range of private clients
• Build long-term, trusted relationships that put client outcomes at the heart
• Translate complex financial strategies into clear, actionable plans
• Collaborate with internal paraplanners, investment specialists, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Contribute to Benchmark's advice proposition and uphold our commitment to ethical, transparent advice

What we're looking for:

• Chartered Financial Planner status (or very close to achieving it)
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality financial advice
• Deep understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning
