Job Description

One of my client, a well-established fiduciary services company is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to strengthen its accounting team. The company supports a diverse portfolio of national and international clients across a wide range of industries.

Your Responsabilities :

As a Chartered Accountant, your responsabilities will be :

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle for a client portfolio, from bookkeeping to the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with LUX GAAP or international accounting standards.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Manage the preparation and submission of VAT and corporate tax returns.

  • Supervise, review, and support junior accountants, ensuring the highest quality standards.

  • Provide tailored advice to clients regarding financial management, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

  • Act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across a global professional network for cross-border client matters.

Your Profile :

As a Chartered Accountant, you have :

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or fiduciary services.

  • Deep knowledge of Luxembourg accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.

  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.

  • Proficient with accounting software (e.g., BOB) and Microsoft Office Suite.
