Channel Growth Leader, Buying Groups

Electrolux Group is seeking a senior leader for the Electrical Retail (ER) Channel in the UK. You will own the channel strategic direction, drive the P&L, and lead a 10-person sales team. You'll report to the Sales Director - ERT CA UK&IE and shape plans across CA growth targets, market share, and brand activities.

The role is based in Luton with hybrid working, collaborating with Marketing and Product Lines to ensure aligned market approach and superior customer outcomes.
