What You'll Do Partner Ownership & Growth- Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of named Premier reseller partners
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through partner-led sales
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
- Develop joint business plans aligned to partner goals and N-able initiatives
- Partner with Recruitment CAMs to identify, onboard, and develop high-potential resellers
- Enable and coach reseller sales teams on positioning and value
- Motivate partner organizations to prioritize and represent N-able solutions
- Support partners through training, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing engagement
- Act as the voice of the partner internally
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership
- Coach internal teams on channel account strategy and best practices
- Use to manage partner activities and opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
- Execute internal and external processes to support scalable growth
- Represent N-able at partner events, trainings, and industry trade shows
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with demonstrated success
- Background in software channel sales and reseller account management
- Experience in SaaS, IT software, or security software
- Ability to train and influence reseller sales teams
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
