Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments?

We're supporting a leading international organisation in the food & dairy sector that is undergoing a major business transformation and is seeking a Change Project Manager to join the programme team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the transformation, driving stakeholder engagement, coordinating change activities, managing communications, facilitating workshops and meetings, and ensuring delivery against ambitious timelines. You'll work closely with business and functional leaders, PMO teams, SMEs, and implementation partners to keep change initiatives on track and ensure successful adoption.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of project management experience within large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities
• Comfortable operating in structured project governance environments
• Proven ability to drive delivery under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions
• Experience with ERP, SAP, or enterprise-wide transformation programmes is highly desirable

Key responsibilities:

• Drive execution of change plans and project activities
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications across the programme
• Coordinate training, readiness, and adoption activities
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and programme progress
• Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams
• Provide regular reporting and governance updates to programme leadership
