My client are looking for an experienced Change Manager who also has Property/Facilities Management experience.
About the job
As a Change expert, you will play a key role in the transformation within a client context. You guarantee the adoption of change, are attentive to the people side of change, and view change from various perspectives: business processes, IT applications and technology, Property & Facilities Management through to roles and responsibilities and organizational structures. During the change project, you will be supported by fellow consultants, both within the strategic approach and in operational roles and specific projects. Your role includes determining the change strategy and developing and managing plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance, relationship management with various stakeholder groups, coaching change agents, directors, and management members involved as change sponsors, and last but not least, supporting project teams with the integration of change activities into their project plans.You will be involved in both the business, Facilities Management and IT aspects of the transformation. As a senior consultant, you will also play an active role in internal knowledge development, both in a leading and supporting role, and you will help junior consultants develop their change management skills.
Profile:
- You have a background in business process and change management.
- at least 5-8 years experience in change management, with knowledge of methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter's change management model, etc.) that you can apply pragmatically and creatively.
- You think out of the box, taking into account both the outside-in and inside-out perspectives of the change.
- You are a people manager who respects and motivates your team and creates support by communicating well and involving your team in decisions.
- You are flexible and remain calm in stressful situations. You employ a constructive, structured, and problem-solving approach.
- You have past experience with Property/Facilities Management for organisations.

Location:
50% Remote work is possible with 50% onsite work in either Leuven or Brussels required, candidates must already be based in Belgium.
