A forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the planning and delivery of change and communications strategies across a data and machine learning platform function. This role is key to ensuring successful adoption of data and AI-related initiatives, with a focus on driving engagement, delivering clear messaging, and enabling continuous improvement through collaboration and alignment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading change in complex technical environments and a talent for storytelling, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.

This role is key to ensuring successful adoption of data and AI-related initiatives, with a focus on driving engagement, delivering clear messaging, and enabling continuous improvement through collaboration and alignment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading change in complex technical environments and a talent for storytelling, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own change and communication strategies for platform initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Build strong stakeholder maps and change narratives to drive engagement and clarity across engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Plan and manage multi-channel internal communications, ensuring updates on features, releases, and ways of working are timely and coherent.
- Refresh training resources and knowledge bases to support business-as-usual use across a range of user groups.
- Collaborate with project and program teams to align activities, mitigate risks, and track success against defined KPIs.
- Coach leaders to effectively communicate change and guide teams through transition.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing change and internal communications in global, fast-paced organisations.
- Strong understanding of technical environments; ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Proven ability to design and implement change management plans that address culture, process, technology, and behavior.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and content creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with internal collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Confluence, Workplace).
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across senior and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with measuring communication effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and analytics.
