The Client:
Our client is a leading, fast-growing insurance brokerage committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. Following a period of rapid expansion and successful mergers, they are now embarking on an ambitious business-wide transformation program. Central to this strategy is leveraging Data & Analytics to drive better decision-making, streamline processes, and deliver enhanced customer outcomes. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and embed transformational change across their organisation.

The Role:
As Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives across Data & Analytics, Transformation, and Integration programs. Working closely with the Program Director, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will lead change activities that support the business in delivering new systems, processes, and ways of working.

You will be responsible for engaging stakeholders at all levels, managing communication and training strategies, and ensuring that change is adopted and sustained across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-impact team focused on transforming the way the business leverages data and operates following recent acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the change management strategy and execution for major Data & Analytics, Transformation, and Integration initiatives.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop tailored plans to manage people, process, and technology changes.
  3. Drive engagement with teams across the business, ensuring alignment and buy-in for transformational initiatives.
  4. Create and deliver communication plans that inform, educate, and engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
  5. Develop and implement training and support materials to ensure users are equipped to adopt new systems and processes effectively.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change activities, adjusting plans as needed to optimise adoption and minimise resistance.
  7. Support post-merger integration activities, harmonising business practices, processes, and cultures across newly acquired entities.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on change readiness and organisational impact.
  9. Ensure alignment with project and program governance frameworks, providing regular updates and reporting on progress and risks.
  10. Foster a change-positive culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Change Manager (or in a similar role), ideally within the insurance sector.
  2. Demonstrable experience delivering change in complex Data & Analytics, Transformation, and Integration programs.
  3. Solid understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP).
  4. Experience in post-merger integration and organisational transformation projects, particularly those involving the harmonisation of processes and systems.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, including C-suite.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver clear, impactful messaging.
  7. Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  8. Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and driving cultural change.
  9. Experience working within regulated environments and familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements.

What will you get?

  1. Be part of a high-growth insurance brokerage transforming through data and technology.
  2. Play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile integration and transformation programs.
  3. Collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Competitive salary and benefits package with hybrid working flexibility and career development opportunities.
