Job Description

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major retail client in Denmark in their search for a Change Manager. This role focuses on driving the successful adoption of digital products, systems, and new ways of working across the organization, ensuring business teams are ready, engaged, and equipped to realize value from digital investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business readiness, deployment, and adoption activities,
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives,
  • Develop training materials and deliver user enablement programs,
  • Build and support change champion and super-user communities,
  • Partner with product, technology, and business teams on rollout planning,
  • Translate technical solutions into clear business communications,
  • Monitor adoption and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading digital transformation or business change initiatives,
  • Strong background in business readiness, training, and user adoption,
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • Experience working with product and technology teams,
  • Ability to drive organizational change and new ways of working,
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies is preferred,
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or similar) is an advantage.
