Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies in line with company objectives
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth transition during change periods
  • Analyse change impact and manage associated risk
  • Facilitate training and workshops to support change initiatives
  • Oversee communication efforts related to change
  • Monitor progress and report on change management activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and alleviate any resistance to change
  • Ensure all change initiatives meet legal, ethical and company standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Management Lead should have:

Proven experience in change management.

Extensive experience in development and deployment of processes

Proven track record of leading structured improvement projects using DMAIC, DMADV, or Scrum Master approaches.

Proficient in Data Analytics (e.g. PowerBI) would be ideal but not essential

Holds a degree in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline

Experience in managing interdependencies and integration across diverse functions and regions

Ideally, has an understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949
