Location: Ireland (Remote)
A big tech client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support their change management processes. The ideal candidate will review and triage incoming change requests, perform governance checks, gather feedback for process improvements, and manage project progress across multiple requests. They should be able to communicate effectively with internal audiences, clear roadblocks, and execute change requests from start to finish. Experience with data analysis, prioritization, and continuous process improvement is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Process Optimization, Supply Chain Logistics or Operations Management
Ideal background: Big tech or Consultancy - change management, operations, process specialist
