Change Control Specialist

Hybrid - RK25768 - 12 month contract - Tipperary

We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award winning pharmaceutical organization based in Tipperary. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational that is one of the best at what they do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in working with raw materials and packaging components.
  • Request, update and maintain supplier/material details to support new qualifications and implement change control while adhering to relevant operational procedures and controls.
  • Maintain the company approved intranet application that is the official system of record to store the Approved Supplier List, Materials and Supply Chains, ensuring accurate data and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrate strong individual and team working skills, including the ability to work effectively and influence decisions across functions and with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills; must effectively communicate at all levels of the company and with suppliers.
  • Actively promote and participate in cross functional teamwork as an influential team member.
  • Support the manufacturing process by leading investigations of component/material quality issues.
  • Work with quality, materials, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve issues and minimise impact to the business; demonstrated knowledge in quality systems in support of deviations, supplier complaints and problem solving.
  • Develop knowledge of new materials being purchased.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field, with 2 4 years' experience in a quality, technical or supply chain role (including 2+ years in Supplier Quality Management).
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in new product or process introduction.
  • Strong skills in change management, communication, collaboration and commitment.
  • Project management experience, including process analysis, implementation of CAPA and prioritisation of change requests aligned with project plans.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
