We have an opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our team on a 6-month Fixed term contract. You'll be responsible for developing and analysing change requests, tracking statuses, and providing timely reporting to ensure operations across AXA run smoothly. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee and coordinate all change-related functions throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Develop and analyse change requests, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements.
  • Monitor the status of change requests and provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Engage actively in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to uphold the integrity and quality of all change requests.
  • Foster excellent communication with the Change Management team and other IT departments regarding all planned changes to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of production environments to guarantee their integrity and stability.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the Change process to support business growth and improve visibility and tracking mechanisms.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Change Analyst, within an IT environment preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and organisations skills to manage changes processes effectively.
